Due to they hygenic nature of our products, all sales are final.

If there is a manufacturer's defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the defective product and we will be happy to review a refund for the product (does not include shipping refund). Please be prepared to provide order #, description of defect and pictures of defect. If a refund is granted, please allow 1-3 business days for refund processing.
